The City is currently seeking applicants to fill six seats on the Comprehensive Fees Task Force, which is an ad hoc committee with plans to begin meeting in October and concluding by April 2017. In 2010, the Modesto City Council convened a Comprehensive Fees Task Force for the purpose of reviewing and aligning all development-related fees with the goals and policies of the City’s General and Strategic Plans. In June 2016, Modesto City Council approved reconvening a Comprehensive Fees Task Force. The City is seeking applicants to fill the following seats:
Citizens-at-Large: 4 seats
Commercial Broker: 1 seat
Affordable Housing Representative: 1 seat
